A Dutch landscape series is the exercise of synthesizing a traditional historic art subject in the Netherlands into a simple drawing game using very rudimentary rules and constrictions.
Playing with the concept of settling, the book can be understood as a comic, as a ritual, as a protocol, or as a narratice device where the same landscape is drawn again and again until It disappears.
